At Shop Miss A, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty haul. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain your Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit. Please include a copy of your packing slip inside.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location. Please note that a small return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
